Pinacoteca de São Paulo, SP
The exhibition presented at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo summarizes the artist's career from the 1980s to the present day. Without being a retrospective in the traditional exhaustive format, the show draws on a select repertoire of works that expose the trajectory of the method and its fundamental questions, with the primordial formulations and poetic leaps made over time. The exhibition is not guided by the chronology of the works; on the contrary, it mixes pieces from different dates and techniques, seeking to foster the understanding of a global language, where processes and concepts come together and necessarily and mutually demand each other, tell the curator Ligia Canongia.
