Luiz Carlos Barreto: Quadro a Quadro [Frame to Frame] celebrated the career of filmmaker and photographer Luiz Carlos Barreto and his influence on Brazilian cinema. A curated selection of photographs, documents, and film excerpts introduced visitors to his pioneering vision and enduring contribution to the aesthetics of Brazilian film. Offering a panoramic view of his work, the exhibition explored the role Barreto played in major productions and pivotal moments in Brazilian cultural history. Designed as an immersive experience, the show combined images and narratives to create a visual memoir of cinema.
